What began as one man’s personal frustration turned into Costa Rica’s benchmark for high-end construction. When Pourya Safari set out to build his own home, he couldn’t find the level of quality, service, or transparency he expected. So he created it.
With relentless standards, true leadership, and a hands-on approach, Pourya grew Purycci Development from a one-project dream to a full-scale development company working with Costa Rica’s most discerning clientele. He’s on-site daily, manages every build personally, and leads with the belief that great homes come from great relationships—and uncompromising quality.
